Orange Glazed Carrots
8 cups carrot strips
2 Tb orange zest
3/4 cup orange juice
2 Tb honey
1 Tb cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Combine first 4 ingredients in dutch oven. Bring to a boil, cover,
reduce heat, and let simmer for 8-10 minutes. Mix cornstarch in
water, stir into carrots, and bring to boil stirring constantly.
Cook 1 minute.
Serves 16. This recipe can be halved.
