Mashed Potatoes

5 large baking potatoes
6 cloves garlic
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
salt and pepper to taste

Peel potatoes and garlic. Cut potatoes into cubes. Add both to
boiling water. Cook about 25 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
Drain. Put potatoes and garlic in mixing bowl. Add 1/4 cup butter
and 1/2 cup chicken stock, heated. Mix until butter melted and
potatoes smooth. Add 1 tsp dried Rosemary, crushed. Add salt and
pepper to taste. Mix in bowl until blended.
