ONIONS IN SHERRY SAUCE
serves 4
2 one pound cans of small white onions
1 cup light cream
1/3 cup sherry
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 tbs butter
Drain onions and rinse and drain well.
Place in small casserole dish/ Combine cream, sherry, salt and
pepper and pour over onios. dot with butter. Bake 350 for about 20
minutes or well heated.
Note: optional, sprinkle with 1/3 cup grated cheddar cheese before
baking.
