Oven Fried Potatoes 03

Unfried Fries
1-1/2 lbs baking potatoes-peeled and cut in strips
1/8 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp. Oil
1 Tbsp. Parsley
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 clove garlic crushed
Non- stick cooking spray
Heat the oven to 425. In a bowl toss the potatoes, cayenne and oil.
Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Place the potatoes on the
sheet. Bake for 40 minutes turning once. Sprinkle with parsley,
garlic and salt. Bake for 5 more minutes and serve.
