GARLIC POTATO BALLS
1 Tbsp butter or margarine 1 can (16 oz.) small whole potatoes, drained (or cooked new red potatoes) 1/4 tsp garlic salt 1/2 tsp minced fresh parsley
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add potatoes and sprinkle with garlic salt. Cook and stir for 15-18 min. or until golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley.
Yield: 2 servings
