POTATO KUGAL
5 large potatoes, grated (squeeze off excess water)
1 large can Pet milk
4 eggs
1 small onion, diced
5 strips bacon, diced
2 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste
Brown bacon and onion in butter in a skillet. Stir contents of
skillet and the rest of the ingredients together. Pour into a
casserole and bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes, until golden
brown. Serve with sour cream.
