Potato Rolls - Aardappel Broodjes
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup milk
2 pounds potatoes, cooked and mashed
salt, black pepper and nutmeg to taste
3 egg yolks, beaten
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 cup chopped cooked ham
Add 2 tablespoons of the butter and milk to hot mashed potatoes.
Beat until smooth. Add seasonings, egg yplks, tomato paste and ham.
Mix, shape into oval rolls. Brown in remaining butter. Serves 6
