Grilled Potato Wedges
6 servings

4 large Idaho potatoes, about 2 pounds

1/4 cup vegetable oil
1-2 garlic cloves, crushed or minced finely
1 1/2 teaspoons sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
Fresh ground pepper, to taste

Combine oil and seasonings in resealable plastic food storage bag.
Seal and shake to mix ingredients. Scrub potatoes with soft brush.
Cut each potato lengthwise in half and cut each half into 4 long
wedges. Pat dry and add to bag.

Seal. Turn potatoes in bag to coat potatoes.

Remove potatoes from seasoned oil and place over medium-hot grill
(or in special perforated grill basket) for 15-20 minutes or until
tender, turning occasionally.
