Spicy Roasted Red Peppers

red peppers (6 large bell)
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon oregano (dried)
6 red tabasco chiles
salt and pepper

Rub bell peppers in olive oil. Season w/ salt and fresh ground
pepper. Grill until skins are charred. Let stand so skins peel
off easily. Remove cores and seeds.

Take 1/2 cup olive oil, chiles, and 3 of garlic and heat in pan to
infuse. Strain chiles and garlic from infused oil. Cut bell
peppers into smaller pieces. Add peppers, infused oil, remaining
olive oil, garlic, and spices (oregano, salt and fresh ground pepper
to taste). Serve anyway you like.
