Sauteed mushrooms
1 lb. button mushrooms, washed, dried and halved
3 tablespoons butter
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Salt to taste
Saute the mushrooms in the melted butter until they begin to soften.
Add the Worcestershire sauce (I guess about 1/4 of a cup) and salt
to taste.
