1 clove garlic, chopped 2 summer squash, sliced 1/2" thick 2 green onions, sliced 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional) 1/2 tsp thyme 1/2 tsp basil salt pepper 1/4 cup raisins 1/4 cup chopped pecans or other nuts
Saute veggies, herbs, seasonings in olive oil for approx. 10 minutes or until tender crisp. About 2 minutes before done, add the nuts and raisins. Stir till heated through.
