Scalloped Corn

1 egg
2 TBS sugar
1/2 c. coarsely crushed saltine crackers
1 c. milk
salt & pepper to taste
1 can cream corn

Combine all ingredients in casserole dish. Bake at 350 F for 1
hour, or until center is no longer runny. This comes out like a
corn pudding and is one of my favorites.
