Scalloped Corn

1 1-pound can cream style corn golden
1 cup milk
1 egg well beaten
1 cup cracker crumbs
1/4 cup onion finely chopped
3 tablespoons pimiento chopped
3 tablespoons green bell pepper chopped (optional)
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup round buttery cracker crumbled

Heat corn and milk. Gradually stir in egg. Add next five ingredients
and a dash of pepper. Mix well. Pour into greased 8-inch round
casserole dish. Sprinkle buttered crumbs over top. Bake at 350F
for 20 minutes.
