Scalloped Potatoes

4 large potatoes
1 stick butter or margerine
1 can chicken broth
6 tbls flour
2 c skim milk
3 tbls parmesan cheese
salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In medium saucepan melt butter, add chicken broth, flour, milk,
and cheese. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer until sauce
thickens. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Peel and thinly slice potatoes, layer potatoes 3-4 slices high in
a jellyroll pan, pour sauce over top and bake for 50-60 minutes.
