Sweet Potato Casserole
4 large cans sweet potatos, heated and drained
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix the above ingredients together and put in a baking dish. Next,
combine the following in a saucepan:
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine
Bring to a boil. Pour over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350
degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
