Sweet Potatoes
Yield: 4 servings
3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup white sugar
1 stick oleo, melted
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup margarine, melted
1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1 pk miniature marshmallows (opt)
Mix first 5 ingredients together and put in casserole. Mix together
last 4 ingredients, and spread on top of potato mixture. Bake at
375 degrees for 30 minutes.
