CRANBERRY CANDIED SWEET POTATOES
2 cans (40 oz.) sweet potatoes
1 can whole cranberry sauce
3 T lemon juice
1/3 cup honey
1 T butter, melted
Mash sweet potatoes, discard juice. Oil a baking dish, and put in
sweet potatoes. Combine cranberry sauce and lemon juice, mix well.
Spread cranberry mixture over potatoes. Combine honey and butter,
pour over potatoes. Bake in oven 350 for 25 minutes.
