Sweet Potato 30

Glazed Sweet Potatoes
6 medium sweet potatoes, cooked and halved or canned sweets drained
1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar packed firmly
1/2 tsp orange peel grated
1 tbsp butter
Arrange sweet potatoes in shallow baking dish. combine cranberry
sauce, water, brown sugar and orange peel in saucepan. Mix well
and bring to a boil. Cook gently 5 minutes, add butter and pour
over sweet potatoes. Bake in a 350 oven for 30 minutes basting
frequently.
