Zucchini Patties
Yield: 1 1/2 to 2 dozen

1/2 cup milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 of 1 ounce package ranch style dip mix or 1 1/2 teaspoons parsley, dried
1/8 teaspoon garlic granules
1 teaspoon onions, dried, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups shredded zucchini
vegetable oil

Fill to 2 inch depth with oil in skillet. Heat to 375 degrees.
Combine milk and egg in mixing bowl. Stir together dry ingredients
and add to egg mixture, blend well. Fold in zucchi8ni and drop
batter by rounded teaspoonsful into hot oil. Fry until deep golden
brown, turning once, drain thoroughly on paper towels.
