Veggie Patty

Ingredients:
Cabbage- 1 Grated
Carrots- 4 Grated
Boiled Potatoes- 4 mashed
Green Peas- I cup boiled & mashed
Onion -2grated
Garlic- 2 Cloves grated or finely chopped
Green chilles-If You like-1-2 -Finely chopped
Bread slices-5.soaked in water& mashed
Salt as/ur Taste
Bread crumbs- for coating
Flour - 1 cup add water 1/2cup to make a liquid to coat a cover on patties
Oil - 3Tb spoons to Saute Onions & Garlic
Oil to deep fry-1 quart

Directions:
1. Take a big Pan or Wok add oil and saute onion garlic until tender and soft and turn red.
2. Then add all Veggies(grated) in pan and saute for while to soften them.
3. Bring down the pan from fire,and mashed Potatoes bread slices salt and keep kneading until forms a dough like.Leave it for while
4. Mix flour and water in a bowl ,keep aside.
5. Make ball of the dough in oval or round shape(what is possible for you.
6. Soak each ball in batter then coat it with bread crumbs.
7. Pool all together in a plate.
8. Put wok on fire with oil in ti to deep fry.
9. Serve hot with ketchup or Green chutney and enjoy!
