Bean Burger

1/2 cup chick pea
1/2 cup soy beans
1/2 cup raw peanuts or sunflower kernels
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup pea flour
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp parsley

Grind the first four ingredients in a food processor until it
resembles bread crumbs. Add the remaining ingredients. This can
be stored in an air-tight jar.


1 cup burger mix (above)
1/2 cup water
2 tsp dark soy sauce
oil

Add ingredients, apart from oil and mix well (can add extra herbs
and spices if desired). Stand for 15 minutes. Cook on a moderate
heat for 5 minutes each side. Cover the pan with a lid to hasten
cooking.
