Veggie Burger
4 servings

1 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/2 cup finely chopped peanuts
2 fl. ounces Egg Beaters 99% Real Egg Product
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh mushroom
1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 clove minced garlic
freshly grated parmesan cheese, (to taste)
sesame seeds

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Let stand for a
few minutes until mix thickens slightly. Form into patties, and
fry or bake on a nonstick griddle or pan. Makes 4 burgers.
