Vegetarian Burgers

1 1/2c shredded mushrooms
1c shredded carrot
1/2c celery finely chopped
2c cooked brown rice
1 egg
2T flour
1/2 - 1c grated cheese
seasoned salt
garlic/garlic powder

Saute carrot, celery and mushrooms with garlic and salt. Add sauted
veggies to cheese, egg, rice. Mix well with flour. Form into
patties and brown in a pan or in the oven. In the oven - 350 for
about 10-15 minutes on each side. Stove - nonstick pan, brown on
each side for about 5 minutes. Make 8 patties. Make extra and
freeze them.
