Veggie Burgers

1/2 c dry chick peas
1/2 c dry lentils
1/2 c dry split green peas
1/2 dry black peas
1/2 c dry rolled oats
1 pkg dry seasoning mix
4 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chili powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp marjoram
4 cups TVP

Place all but the TVP in a blender and blend until fairly fine.
Add in the TVP and store in a air tight container.

When you want to make up a batch, add about 1 1/3 C boiling water
to 1 C of the mixture. (Measurements are approx.) Set aside,
covered, for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the oven top 350
F and lightly coat a cookie sheet with olive oil. Make patties,
bake for 10-20 minutes, turning after about 5 minutes or so.
