Carrot-Rice Loaf

4 cups grated raw carrots
4 cups steamed brown rice (or mashed garbanzos)
1 cup peanut butter diluted with a little milk or water
1 cup coarse bread crumbs
2 Tbs onion powder or 1/2 cup sauteed onions
Thyme and salt to taste

Mix nut butter with rice. Add carrots and remaining ingredients,
using crumbled bread as necessary to make right consistency. Put
into casserole or loaf pan. Bake 45 - 55 minutes at 350F degrees.
Serve with favorite gravy.
