I used to purchase a chocolate mousse at a high end super market that caters to vegetarians and vegans. I bought a mousse that is equal to this one in flavor and consistency. It cost $6.99 per pound and I had to travel far to get it. This costs a fraction of the expensive one and to tell the truth you can not tell them apart. This is an excellant mousse and if you serve it to friends they will not know they are not getting the real thing.
