Print this Recipe    Clay Pot Rice

Lightly fry uncooked rice in sesame oil, ginger, soya sauce,
pineapple slices and spices in a Chinese wok.

Put rice in clay pot, together with vegetarian sausages, mock
chicken, and shitake mushroom.

Put on medium fire until it boils.

Reduce to minimum heat, and keep it that way for 15 minutes. Turn
off heat, and let stand for 10 minutes.

Serve.
