Cottage Cheese Loaf 1 tablespoon onion, chopped 2 tablsepoons margarine 2 teaspoons Savorex 3 eggs 2 cups cottage cheese 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs 1/4 tsp Accent salt
Braise onions in margarine; add Savorex. Beat eggs slightly, and mix all ingredients thoroughly. The bread crumbs are a thickening factor. Vary amount needed, depending upon liquid in cottage cheese. Place in oiled pan to 3-inch depth. Bake at 350 about 45 minutes, or until set. Serve with brown gravy.
