Washington's Seasoning and Broth 5 eggs, well-beaten 4 cups cottage cheese 1 cup walnuts, chopped 4 cups Special K cereal Saute the onion in the margarine, then add G. Washington powder, eggs, and all the other ingredients. Mix well. Bake 1 hour at 350 in a large casserole. We are trying different vegetarian meals and this is a favorite for the whole family. The one thing that my family did not like was the tecture of the chopped walnuts, so I ground them up. This recipe may not be the prettiest but is sure is good. Thank you soooo much!
