French Toast

1 banana
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup vanilla enriched Soy Dream or similar soy milk
pinch of salt
cinnamon
raisin bread
syrup

Blend soy milk, banana, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Then pour into
a shallow container. Heat a non-stick skillet on medium and add
about two tablespoons of vegetable oil. Lightly dip both sides of
raisin bread and immediately add to the pan. Cook until golden
brown. The slices tend to stick, so don't skimp on the oil and
don't play with the toast or turn them over too soon--just let them
sit for about 30 seconds before flipping. Top with margarine
(optional) and maple syrup. This also goes well with fresh fruit.
You can layer kiwi and strawberry slices topped with powdered sugar.
