Fried Tofu
1 block tofu sliced 1 T grated ginger 1-2 T soy sauce or tamari 1-3 T tahini 2 cloves minced garlic 1 T olive oil (or less)
Saute garlic in oil in a skillet. Add sliced tofu. Fry lightly on each side (30 seconds or so per side) then add the rest of the ingredients. The pan should be rather "wet" with the tahini and soy. Cook untill the sauce and thickens or to your preference.
