Fried Brinjal Slices

Ingredients:
1 Large brinjal sliced
a mixture of ground green chilies, ginger and garlic
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
salt to taste
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tbl sp Channa flour
oil for frying
Directions:
Soak the brinjal slices in water and salt for 10 minutes.
Remove from water in a dish.
Add the 1tsp chili mixture, tumeric powder,salt garam masala,and chana flour.
Add 1 tbl sp water if the paste is to dry.
Coat all the slices.
Heat a frying pan with a table spoon of oil on medium heat.
Fry the brinjal a few at a time - cover and cook till soft and brown on both sides.
Drain on a kitchen paper and serve with veg rice.
