CREAMY GARLIC SAUCE
(Makes 3 cups)

2 tblsp tahini
1 1/2 cups water
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
2 tblsp arrowroot powder
3 cloves garlic, diced
3 scallions, diced
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp celery salt

Combine the tahini and water in a medium sized saucepan; add the
nutritional yeast. Sift the arrowroot powder (sift through a
strainer), and add to the mixture; add the remaining ingredients,
mixing well after each addition.

Place pan over low heat and cook for approximately 5 minutes,
stirring often, until sauce is thick.
