Low-Fat Mango Pudding
10 ounces soft tofu 2 mangos, ripe Sugar to taste
Blend mangos with tofu and sugar until smooth. Pour into serving cups. Chill for 1-2 hours. Before serving, top with fresh sliced fruit such as kiwi or berries. Makes 2 servings.
