Mango Salsa

1 dozen tomatos, peeled and chopped
1 mango, chopped
1 habanero pepper, finely chopped
1 small pablano pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
juice from 1/2 lime
salt and pepper, to taste

Mix all ingredients in a decorative bowl and serve with tortilla chips.

This looks brilliant after all the vitriol flying about further up. I'll try it. Er, unless someone says I'm inflicting unspeakable pain and suffering on animals by eating toms, peppers and mangoes! :o))))))))))))))))))

You've got to laugh or you'll cry!

Just doing a hash with plenty of toms actually. Thinly sliced mushrooms a
little overcooked (replaces the steak or corned beef) onions and toms. A few herbs, tarragon, basil - a dash of soy sauce, then add mashed potato and fry up some more making sure it doesn't stick. A little tomato puree can be added for extra flavour, or a little ganja (the leaves, not the resin) for extra "effect." Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!! Happy daze!

Soya chunks work as well but they do tend to neutralise the other flavours a little.

Dead simple and very tasty.
