Hearty and tasty use for mole, March 5, 2005 - 02:56 PM
Reviewer: Jennifer from Maine
It's hard to find vegetarian recipes for mole. This doesn't use a lot of mole, like the big, drippy plates that I love, but it is a good stew for wintertime. It reminds me of vegetarian chile. I loved it, and my 2-year-old loved it, so it is not terribly spicy. I added more mole to the second batch to add more flavor.
