1/2 onion, chopped
6 cloves garlic, minced
10 oz brown mushrooms, chopped
4 oz silken tofu
1/3 cup soft bread crumbs
3/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp allspice
Saute onion, garlic and mushrooms in butter or olive oil over a
