115g (3/4 cup) cashew nuts or blanched almonds
285 ml (1 1/3 cup) water
Raw cane sugar or chopped dates to sweeten
2 teaspoons vegetable oil

Grind nuts in a blender. Add other ingredients and blend thoroughly.
It can be made thicker by adding more nuts and oil or thinner by
adding more water. Apparently it's nice over cereal or as a drink
on its own.
