3/4 c vegetable oil
1 c cane or sorghum molasses
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp vanilla
1 c raisins or 1/2 c. each chopped nuts and raisins
1 1/2 c wheat germ
2 c rolled oats
3/4 c whole wheat flour, soy flour, or rice flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c dry milk powder

Combine the first seven ingredients in a large bowl. Sift in the
remaining ingredients. Stir until well blended. Drop batter from
a teaspoon (or larger spoon) onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at
350 F for 10-12 minutes.
