Print this Recipe    Veggie Pate

Saute 1 lb mushrooms in a bit of oil,
until lightly browned.

Put in blender or food processor.

Add:

1/4 cup fried onions (Durkees or Indian)
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp smoked salt (I skipped this because the boullion had enough salt)
Few dashes Vegetable seasoning (unsalted)
Vegetarian "Beef" bouillon powder to taste

Mix thoroughly. Serve with crackers.
