Breakfast protein drink

1 glass orange juice
1 large banana
1 heaping T soy protein powder
1 T crushed ice
1 strawberry (optional)

Put everything in blender and blend.

I make this recipe often. I got a tip from a fitness trainer to add some dry oatmeal to it. It does make it more thick, but it is a great and healthy way to add good carbs and have a protein/carb balance before exerciseing and gives you lots of energy for the workout. (Also helps to cut chloesterol!)
