Reviewer: Anonymous from Tulsa, OK. I make this recipe often. I got a tip from a fitness trainer to add some dry oatmeal to it. It does make it more thick, but it is a great and healthy way to add good carbs and have a protein/carb balance before exerciseing and gives you lots of energy for the workout.
