1/4 c. oil
1 chopped onion and 1 clove garlic, minced.
2c cooked soybeans, mashed
1-2 t chili powder
salt to taste
3/4 c shredded cheese or cheese substitute.
Heat oil in skillet. Add onion and garlic and saute. When onion
is soft, add soybenas, chili powder and salt.
Cook in oil, stirring often; when oil is absorbed, sprinkle with
cheese. Let stand covered until cheese is melted.
