Portobello Sandwiches

Portbella mushrooms, cut up
olive oil
onion
vinegar
pepper
mayo
toast

Soak the Portabella mushrooms, cut up, in a bowl with the oil and
vinegar and spices. Enough of the oil and vinegar to soak the
mushroom sufficiently.

Cut up the onion and fry it in a pan with olive oil. When the
onions are a little done, stick the soaked peices of mushroom onto
the pan. Smear the onions over the mushrooms as you turn everything
to get cooked.

Spread the mayo on the toast and put the mushrooms and onions into
the toast.
