Strawberry/banana Shake (vegan)

2/3 medium-sized or 1 small banana, frozen
6 frozen strawberries
soy milk
water

Break frozen banana into a few pieces, put in blender. Add six
frozen strawberries. Add soy milk up almost up to the top of the
fruit. Don't use a "light" soy milk, you want thickness in a shake.
Add water to the top of the fruit. The ratio of soy milk to water
is about 2-1.

Blend.

A little trial and error will yield exactly the thickness, sweetness,
and smooth- or lumpiness you and your kids prefer. Other berries
work, but this seems to be best.
