Homemade Soy Milk

2 cups soybeans
6 cups boiling water

Soak soybeans overnight. Pour out water and rinse. Blend beans
in 4 cups of boiling water. Strain through sieve. Pour remaining
two cups of boiling water through pulp.

Bring milk to a boil. While coming to a boil, stir occassionally
to prevent sticking on bottom. After milk starts to boil, stirring
isn't necessary. Boil over medium high heat for 1/2 to 1 hour.
The longer it is boiled, the thicker and richer the milk will be.

Makes about 1 quart.
