NO CREAM ICE CREAM
1/2 square Baker's unsweetened chocolate 2 10-oz pks firm tofu, drained 1/2 c oil (flavorless, like soy, almond, safflower, canola, etc) juice from 1/2 lemon 1 c honey or brown rice syrup 1/4 c dutch process cocoa
In blender, chop chocolate and add remaining ingredients. Blend thoroughly at high speed.
Place in ice cream machine and follow manufacturer's instructions. OR pour into popsicle molds for fudgesicles.
