2 Tablespoons good olive oil 2 or 3 large garlic cloves peeled and smashed 1 or 2 T honey 1 heaping teaspoon Dijon style mustard
1 Tablespoon parsley 1 Tablespoon basil
fresh ground black pepper
Take all and put in a bowl and blend, test and adjust seasoning. Put in the tofu and make sure all is covered with the sauce. Let sit for at least 20 minutes or so. Cook by baking or stir frying.
Adjust amounts for what you need: this is good for a block of tofu approx 16oz.
