Tofu Oriental

Put in the blender or food processor:

1/4 c soy sauce
2 T honey
1 T dark sesame oil
2 t grated ginger
1 small garlic clove

Slice one pound of tofu into 4 pieces about 1" thick weighing about
4 ounces each. Dry with paper towels and wrap each in aluminium
foil. Freeze until firm, at least 24 hours. Allow the tofu to
thaw in the fridge. Whirl until smooth.

Put the mixture in a Ziplock bag, and drop in the tofu. Close the
bag tightly. Shake to make sure the tofu is well coated with the
marinade.

Marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours. BBQ or broil your
usual way. Check tofu "steaks" frequently for doneness. Don't
let them overcook. Use leftover marinade as a dipping sauce.
