Tofu Salad Dressing 01

CREAMY TOFU SALAD DRESSING
1/2 lb soft tofu
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp honey or sweetener of your choice
2 Tbsp safflower oil
1/2 tsp salt
Combine in blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. You may have
to add a little water if using a firmer tofu.
