CREAMY SWEET & SOUR SALAD DRESSING
1/2 cup tofu
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup honey or sweetener of your choice
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp minced onions
2 Tbsp poppy seed
1-1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp paprika
Combine in blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Can be used
on fruit.
